Written evidence publicly available

People at a round table session

We are excited to share with you that the written evidence submitted to the HIV Commission is now available to view.

In November 2019, the HIV Commission launched a call for evidence to inform recommendations on how to end new HIV transmissions and HIV-attributed deaths in England by 2030. We were pleased to receive 58 submissions from individuals and organisations from across the HIV sector, healthcare and beyond.

Thank you to all who contributed to this process. This written evidence has informed the HIV Commission throughout other evidence gathering and continues to inform the development of the final report and recommendations. Each submission was analysed thematically, and all suggested recommendations have been debated by Commissioners.

As part of our commitment to transparency, these submissions will remain public documents. Submissions including private, confidential or commercially sensitive information are not available to download as agreed in the written evidence terms of reference.
